We are delighted to announce a special award: S&K Solutions GmbH has been officially awarded the coveted "Silver" certificate in occupational health management by AOK Bayern – one of only four companies in the districts of Passau and Rottal-Inn to have achieved this certification to date. An accolade we are rightly proud of!
What is behind the award?
The Silver Certificate from AOK Bayern is not something that can be taken for granted. It is based on a structured and demanding assessment process that scrutinises various areas of everyday working life: work organisation, management culture, health services, employee participation and the continuous development of existing measures. Those who achieve the Silver level demonstrate that health promotion does not just exist on paper, but is firmly anchored in operational processes and is implemented strategically.

During a formal handover ceremony, AOK Director Richard Kirmaier and Business Partner Consultant Ulrich Wetzl presented the seal and official certificate to Managing Director and Founder Siska Thiele and Constanze Müller from the Expert Human Resources department. A wonderful moment for the entire team!
Health as a lived corporate culture
During the certification process, particular praise was given to the holistic approach taken by S&K Solutions to health in the workplace. This ranges from targeted prevention and ergonomically designed working conditions to specific measures to promote mental health. The health, safety and well-being of employees are not viewed in isolation, but as an interconnected whole – because only those who feel completely comfortable can develop their full potential in the long term.
